The functional transport bag for travelling

It doesn't matter if you are going on vacation or if you are taking the car for everyday activities: As soon as you want to transport the rollator in a boot or luggage storage, your aid can get scratches or get wedged with other loose objects.

Using the Saljol travel bag you can avoid this because it protects the rollator from external influences. It can be easily pulled over the aid from behind. Even when packed you can still push the rollator.

Protecting the rollator from external influences and damages

Perhaps you have experienced this before: The flight is fully booked and the departure hall is full of passengers waiting for boarding. Did you know that as a rollator user you can board the aircraft first? This means that you can take your seat relaxed and stow your hand luggage in the compartment. Your rollator can also be stowed therein. Particularly on fully booked flights, there is not much space in the compartments, suitcases are squeezed in and things get damaged frequently. To avoid these scratches or damages on your rollator, the transport bag is padded. It also holds the aid in a compact pack size and does not fold open unintentionally.

Even if you transport the rollator in the trunk of your car together with other things, your aid is protected in the bag from suddenly whirling around objects, e.g. in case of emergency braking. This also prevents the folded rollator from getting wedged with other objects .

Quick and easy packing

The rollator can be easily packed in its bag using the zipper. You just have to pull it over the aid from behind. So you can pack your rollator yourself, even with an unsteady stand or balance problems.

Carrying handles make lifting easier

The carrying handles are positioned so that you can lift the rollator comfortably and its weight remains balanced. An additional carrying handle on the bottom helps when stowing it overhead. You won't lose your balance when unloading at your destination either.

Pushing the rollator in packed state

You can push the rollator even when it is packed, because two zippers release the rollator handles, making it easier to maneuver. You do not have to lift the packed rollator when transporting it on a straight surface, you may just push it comfortably - similar to a suitcase. Beware: In the folded state, the rollator does not have its full supporting force.

Name plate

There is also a name plate to fill in on the travel bag. Hence you can make sure that your aid can be assigned to you if it gets lost or mixed up in the luggage chaos.
